Services Offered
Toast and Kiss provides event and wedding planning services, including but not limited to, comprehensive planning, day-of coordination, intimate dining planning, table styling, and rental services for luxury picnic essentials and tabletop items.
Bookings and Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be detailed in your specific service contract.
• Full payment for services must be received no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
• Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods].
Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations must be made in writing. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for specific terms.
• In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Refunds for any payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will be governed by the terms set out in the Cancellation Policy.
Rental Services
• All rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• A security deposit may be required for rental items, refundable upon return of the items without damage.
Use of Services
• Our services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your event and to update that information as necessary.
Limitation of Liability
Toast and Kiss shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, except where such liability is mandated by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toast and Kiss and its employees, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your event.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be in breach of this agreement for failure to perform due to uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of government, or public health crises.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Toast and Kiss reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by FL County’s Laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
